Round-trip shuttle service is provided to Universal Orlando Resort and to the Walt Disney World® Transportation Center, each with limited morning departures and evening returns. The Transportation Center connects transportation to all four Walt Disney World® Theme Parks and Disney’s Water Parks. Reservations are required and must be made one day prior before 9 p.m., at the hotel Navigator desk. Riders should be at the designated area at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled departure. Shuttle service is subject to capacity, traffic and weather conditions, and may occasionally run late. Services are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Smoking, eating, drinking, strollers, and luggage are not permitted on the shuttle. For riders with a wheelchair or other mobility issue, please speak with the hotel Navigator in advance to ensure adequate space and assistance are available. Valid park ticket required for park entry.
