Overview
Alotau is the capital of the Milne Bay Province in PNG. It is a very scenic town on the north shore of the actual bay named Milne Bay. The town of Alotau is located within the area in which the invading Japanese army suffered their first land defeat in the Pacific War in 1942, before the Kokoda Trail battle. A memorial park at the old battle site commemorates this historic fact. The Milne Bay people deserve a reputation for being friendly, easy-going, and happy. The dangers warned against inother centerss are still largely unknown. The lack of a road link out of the Province probably helps maintain this situation. Getting to Alotau is easy. There are daily flights on Qantas and Air Nuigini from many destinations to Port Moresby International Airport. From Port Moresby daily flights on Air Nuigini and MBA Airlines operate to Gurney Airport near Alotau. The airport is located 12 km from town.

Overview
Madang has earned the reputation of being the prettiest town in the South Pacific. Madang Province has an outstanding mountain range and coastal and island beauty. Its population of 240,000 is broken into four definite groups — islander, coastal, river, and mountain. They differ physically and it is easy to see the different tribal characteristics in people's facial features. Hansa Bay was a bloody battlefield during WWII before Australia defeated the Japanese in Wewak, and reminders remain today. Sunken ships provide interesting dive locations and there is an abandoned airstrip — complete with plane wrecks — to visit. Madang is a showplace of parks, waterways, shady trees, and tropical islands. The small town has hotels, department stores, markets, and souvenir and artifact shops. There is a Museum and Cultural Centre and displays of traditional seagoing vessels. Markets with stalls selling fruit, vegetables, clothing, nuts, fi,s h, and artifacts are run by local villagers and provide an interesting place to wander, every day except Sunday. Madang is one of Papua New Guinea's most popular tourist spots, but that doesn't mean bustling crowds. Its popularity has increased thanks to it being one of the world's best diving locations, created by warm fertile waters that surge through passages and channels. The waters support a superb range of colorful and diverse sea life. Those who know say it is at least equal to diving places such as the Red Sea, the Caribbean, and the Great Barrier Reef. Apart from the old wrecks, it has reefs, shark diving, drift di, I,n,g, and shallow lagoons. Out of the water, there's also plenty of sightseeing to be done, including helicopter tours to inland villages.

Overview
Koror is the capital of Palau and home to two-thirds of the republic's population. It is a much less vibrant town than it was when the Japanese called it theirs, with a Micronesian pace and no particular penchant for hustle and bustle. Visitors will still find remnants of a more traditional past, but at best it is good for a day or two of exploration. Beyond that, use Koror as a jumping-off point for trips to the Rock Islands, Peleliu, Angaur, and the other islands. On Koror Island, the Belau National Museum is a good place to firm up your understanding of the nation's culture and history. It is packed with exhibits ranging from the mounted head of a 5m crocodile to Palauan bead and shell money, intricately carved storyboards, and other local artifacts and crafts.

Aqualina: At Aqualina, you'll find some of Italy's most celebrated dishes as well as contemporary inventive cuisine. Start with lobster ravioli, followed by arugula and radicchio with prosciutto chips, and a Venetian seafood platter. You won't be able to say no to these famous desserts: marsala custard, lemon soufflé, or tiramisu. The chefs love to be inspired, so after an on shore visit to a local market, you can also expect a delectable dish so local, you'll feel like you're not onboard anymore.
Prime C: At Prime C, you're in for more than an array of delectable dining such as steaks cooked to perfection, crab cakes with remoulade, lobster bisque, lamb, game hens and seafood. Last but certainly not least, try the mini cinnamon-sugar donuts with dipping sauces for dessert. Expect a marvelous evening in a warm wood-paneled ambiance with stunning views and lush décor. If the chef has made a visit to a local market while in port, you'll also have an authentic local dish to look forward to.
Specialty Dining: Specialty dining is complimentary for suite guests. For others, there is a $30 per-person cover. Reservations are highly recommended. Due to the popularity of our specialty restaurants and regard for your fellow guests, a $15 late cancellation fee will be charged to your guest folio if a booking is not canceled by noon on the day of your reservation.

Windows Café: The best way to see where you are in the world is not by looking at your itinerary. It's by checking out the menu at Windows Café! This daily themed dinner often takes its inspiration from the region we're visiting—Indian, Mexican, Spanish, Italian. We also create an extra live station made from local ingredients purchased in port: Greek salad made with local feta (Greece), pasta prepared with local mushrooms (Italy), fresh Mussels served with garlic bread (Netherlands). Take in the fresh breeze at an outdoor table and relax in the easy and casual atmosphere of the newly renovated Windows Café. Enjoy an intimate breakfast, lunch, or dinner for two or a lively meal for six with our flexible seating options. And speaking of choices, selections change daily.
