Set on the edge of the jungle and the Caribbean Sea, this All-Fun Inclusive™ resort is seamlessly integrated into the natural landscape and features cenotes, rivers, coves and suspension bridges to create an unforgettably unique experience for guests of all ages. The resort's 1,800 contemporary suites with locally-made furniture and décor are located within five distinct buildings. Select suites have direct access to a pool, or access to an exclusive rooftop pool and restaurant. Resort amenities include numerous pools, a variety of restaurants and bars, a kids' club, a family club, a fitness center, a riverfront theater, and more. Adult guests can rejuvenate at Muluk Spa & Wellness offering a hydrotherapy circuit, treatment cabins carved into the natural rock and a menu of curated wellness treatments. Complimentary wireless internet access is offered throughout the resort. Due to the resort layout which includes suspension bridges and hills, this resort is not recommended for guests with mobility issues.

    Casa Vida welcomes families with a rooftop pool with direct access to the waterslides and is closest to the departure point for the parks. Casa Sol's rooftop pool is specifically designed for teens and the Casa houses Dixtrito 1317, an activity club for teens as well as La Paxangueria, a teen nightclub. Casa Luna is ideal for everyone but for those with small children they can find Lunateca and Xiquit-Inn, a mini hotel where kids become part of the story. Reservations for select parks and tours may be required. A Yucatan government entrance fee per person is required for Xichen ($33) and Xel-Há ($26) (price is subject to change without notice).
Xel-Há and Xcaret are open daily. Xenses, Xplor, Xplor Fuego, Xenotes, Xoximilco, and Xichen are open Monday through Saturday. This schedule is subject to change without notice.
