General Information
- A valid Visa card must be used for this purchase. If any other form of payment is used, the order will be subject to cancellation. By purchasing a package, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
- Purchase is limited to two (2) packages total per Visa cardholder and active Costco membership across all Super Bowl LX package types. If more than two (2) packages are purchased, the packages will be revoked and refunded. Member will not be eligible to purchase packages in the future.
- Resale or transfer of package or any part of package, including tickets, is strictly prohibited. If discovered that a member has resold a package or any part of a package, including tickets, packages will be revoked. Member will not be eligible to purchase packages in the future.
- Member must provide the names of the two individuals utilizing the package at the time of purchase. Names cannot be changed except in the case of legal name changes.
- Available while supplies last.

Terms & Conditions
- Purchase is limited to two (2) packages total per Visa cardholder and active Costco membership across all Super Bowl LX package types. If more than two (2) packages are purchased the packages will be revoked and refunded. Member will not be eligible to purchase packages in the future.

- While supplies last. Participation is extremely limited. Packages are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are only available while supplies last.
- Package price does not include airfare or optional activities above and beyond the package inclusions. Use of hotel amenities may incur additional fees.
- All packages must be purchased with a valid Visa card.
- Any participant under 18 years of age (the “minor”) must be accompanied by an adult who is his/her/their parent or legal guardian or immediate family member (the “accompanying adult”). Each accompanying adult must be part of the same package as the minor.
- Once the checkout process is complete, there are no refunds and no exchanges on orders.
- Member must provide the names of the two individuals utilizing the package at the time of purchase. Names cannot be changed except in the case of legal name changes.
- Guests checking into the hotel must be 18 years of age or over and have a valid credit card in their name. Guests will not be allowed to check into the hotel without someone of age (18+). The hotel room must be in the name of the 18+ person and match their credit card.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or consume alcohol.
- Visa U.S.A. Inc. and the NFL reserve the right to modify or cancel this deal at any time and without notice.
- Schedules and staffing are subject to change.
- Participants and their guests must abide by all venue policies and regulations, including without limitation all health and safety protocols, and ticket terms and conditions at all times. Visa and Costco reserve the right to revoke the full or partial package from any participant or guest who Visa and Costco, venue personnel or the NFL Entities deem in any of their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue or NFL policy or law, fail to comply with the NFL’s (or its designee’s) health and safety protocols, or bring the Released Parties into disrepute.
- For the avoidance of doubt, unused tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards tickets for any subsequent NFL event or for cash.
- Each Package is also subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the reverse of any ticket, pass or credential (“Ticket”) issued by the National Football League (“NFL”).
Limitation of Liability
Event tickets are subject to terms and conditions as specified by ticket issuer. Participant agrees to comply with all applicable venue regulations with respect to the ticket offer. In redeeming this offer, participant, on behalf of himself/herself/themselves and his/her/their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and individuals living in the same households of such participants, whether or not related, agrees to release and hold harmless officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Visa Inc., Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa International Service Association, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, successors, affiliates, and related companies, client financial institutions, prize suppliers, and advertising, promotion and marketing agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability or damage of any kind (including personal injury) resulting from or arising from participation in the event or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the offer (including any travel or travel related activity thereto). The NFL Entities have not offered or sponsored this promotion in any way.
On-Location Weekend Experience Package Terms & Conditions
- By purchasing the ticket and any other additional benefits (hospitality, hotel, special events, etc.) (the “Package”) for Super Bowl LX scheduled to be played at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California (the “Stadium”) on February 8, 2026 (the “Game”) and access to any other benefits of your Package that is hosted or managed by On Location Events, LLC d/b/a On Location (“OLE”), you agree to the conditions set forth below (the “Terms”) which form a legal, valid and binding obligation enforceable against you. Each Package is also subject to the terms and conditions set forth on the reverse of any ticket, pass or credential (“Ticket”) issued by the National Football League (“NFL”) and/or OLE.
- The Package will be delivered in accordance with the policies established by Visa U.S.A. Inc. (“Visa”) and OLE. Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Provider”) will deliver to you only the Shop Cards in accordance with its own policies. The NFL and OLE are not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed Tickets. Lost, stolen, or destroyed Tickets, counterfeit Tickets, or Tickets sold in violation of any applicable law may not be honored for admission. OLE, Visa, NFL and Provider are not responsible for any lost, stolen or destroyed Shop Cards.
- OLE cannot make refunds or exchanges for used or unused Tickets, Tailgate, services, elements or features of any Package. NFL or OLE may substitute events, access, experiences, itineraries, entertainment, and other elements as necessary.
- The Package shall not be resold or offered for resale except to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any resale in violation thereof will invalidate these Terms. No Package may be used for, advertising, promotion or any other commercial purposes (including contests, sweepstakes and giveaways) without the NFL’s or OLE’s express written consent.
- If you or one of your guests/invitees requires special assistance, please advise Provider at the time of purchase or OLE as soon as practicable after your purchase by calling (800) 591-9198. Special accommodations will be made to the best of OLE’s ability and subject to the availability of appropriate seating locations.
- The sale and marketing of the Packages is not an endorsement, certification or guarantee of the quality of services provided by the NFL, OLE or any other third parties. By purchasing a Package, you acknowledge and agree that you will not hold any of the Indemnified Parties (defined below) responsible for the quality of services or benefits provided by any third parties. The Indemnified Parties shall not be liable for any act or omission by, the negligence or willful misconduct of, or breach in performance of any third party.
- You authorize Provider to share any information provided by you in connection with the Package with OLE (OLE and Provider collectively, the “Data Parties”), subject to applicable law and Provider’s privacy policy. The Data Parties will use your customer data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable federal, state and local law; however, you may opt out of receiving commercial emails or other notifications from the applicable sender. Furthermore, the Data Parties and certain of their respective current and future sponsors, assignees and licensees will have the unrestricted right and license to use your image, likeness, name, voice, comments and/or other proprietary or public rights in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio, audiovisual and/or other recording taken in connection with the applicable Game, Tailgate or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part thereof, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation or consideration, notification or permission, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law. You agree that by using any Ticket for entry to the Game and/or Tailgate, you shall be understood to have accepted these Terms and granted the Data Parties non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use your voice, image, and/or likeness in any media now or hereafter existing in connection with all or any part of the Game and/or Tailgate, for any purpose whatsoever, including the commercial purposes, without further permission or compensation and hereby waives any and all claims or potential claims relating to such use. The rights are assignable.
- Each Ticket represents a revocable license for access to the Stadium and any other benefits of the Package. OLE and the NFL reserve the right to refuse or revoke the admission (without refund or entitlement to damages of any kind) to the Game or any other benefits of the Package, as applicable, of any person who acts in a disorderly or disruptive manner. Please be advised, you and your belongings (and those of members of your group) may be searched prior to or upon entry into the Stadium or any other events and prohibited items may be confiscated.
- THE GAME OR OTHER BENEFITS MAKING UP YOUR PACKAGE MAY BE CANCELLED, POSTPONED, DELAYED, ALTERED, RELOCATED OR RESCHEDULED AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE. THE DATES AND TIMES OF ALL EVENTS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE NFL OR OLE OR AS A RESULT OF ACTIONS OR EVENTS BEYOND THE REASONABLY FORESEEABLE CONTROL OF THE NFL OR OLE. NEITHER THE NFL NOR OLE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CLAIMS RELATED THERETO.
- BY PURCHASING THE PACKAGE, YOU HEREBY ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAME AND OTHER BENEFITS OF THE PACKAGE INCLUDING THE RISK OF PERSONAL INJURY OR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED PERSONAL PROPERTY, ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE GAME AND OTHER BENEFITS. THE NFL, ITS THIRTY- TWO MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL CLUBS (THE “CLUBS”), NFL VENTURES, INC., NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC, ON LOCATION EVENTS, LLC, VISA U.S.A. INC., COSTCO WHOLESALE CORPORATION AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, SHAREHOLDERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (“INDEMNIFIED PARTIES”), SHALL NOT BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR INJURY TO ANY PERSON OR TO ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY OF YOU OR YOUR GUESTS, RESULTING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, THEFT AND VANDALISM. THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS, EVEN IF AN INDEMNIFIED PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THESE DAMAGES. FURTHERMORE, THE INDEMNIFIED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY TO YOU HEREUNDER IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE PACKAGE, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless the Indemnified Parties from and against any liabilities, obligations, damages, losses, claims, demands, recoveries, settlements, deficiencies, costs or expenses (including attorneys’ fees and expenses) which the Indemnified Parties may suffer or incur in connection with, resulting from or arising out of: (a) breach of any of its representations, warranties, covenants or obligations contained in these Terms; (b) any damage to the premises or any personal property caused by you, your invitees or guests (c) you or your guests’ or invitees’ noncompliance with any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations; (d) negligence or willful misconduct; or (e) you or your guests’ or invitees’ injury or death.
- These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Each party consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, unless no federal jurisdiction exists, in which case each party consents to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of New York sitting in New York County, State of New York. You waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. Process may be served on either party in the manner authorized by applicable law or court rule. These Terms contain the entire understanding of the parties hereto, supersede all prior written or oral agreements and understandings pertaining to the same and may only be amended or modified by a written instrument signed by both parties hereto.
