1 Hotel South Beach is located on Collins Avenue and sits directly on approximately 600 feet of pristine beachfront. The celebration of nature, which is a hallmark of the brand, is evident from the graceful twist of driftwood furnishings and abundance of living natural material. Every detail is designed to bring the outside in, without sacrificing style, comfort, or luxury. Featuring Miami's largest standard 650 square foot guest rooms, other amenities include four outdoor swimming pools including South Beach's largest rooftop pool and lounge, a gym and kid's club. Dining venues include Habitat, a restaurant created in partnership with Chef Jose Mendin of Pubbelly Boys, presenting time-honored recipes using quality local ingredients from land and sea, and applying modern techniques to create a new flavor profile that draws from Spanish, Latin and Asian traditions, Sandbar/Sandbox, an authentic Taqueria/Cantina, Watr at the Rooftop pool, Matthew Kenny Cuisine’s Plnthouse, a delicious plant-based restaurant, and New York’s STK Restaurant.

Children's Club Information: Guiding your dearest treasures into an undiscovered world where they will create a one of a kind experience focused on nature. While you take time for yourself, your seedlings become the biggest priority and it is the Club's duty to keep them safe and happy while educating them on the beautiful. The Club's activities are focused on bringing the children closer to nature while educating them on the world we live in and the importance of taking care of it now. At the same time, they will be having a lot of fun! Hours of operation are 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. Age groups are 4 through 12 and children need to be fully potty trained.
