The Insider cabin (approx. 105–175 sq ft) is the most compact stateroom on board. Despite the smaller footprint, Virgin has patented a non-uniform room shape to create the feeling of extra space. Cabins feature a "Seabed" (a transformational sofa/bed), 43" 4K smart TV, rain shower, mini-bar, electronic safe, USB charging ports, mood lighting, and a fixed iPad for room controls.

Virgin Voyages' fourth and newest adults-only (18+) ship, Brilliant Lady debuted in August 2025. She is the most distinct of the four Lady-class ships, with structural modifications that make her the only vessel in the fleet designed to transit the Panama Canal. She sails exclusively North American destinations including the Caribbean, New England & Canada, Panama Canal, U.S. West Coast/Mexico, and Alaska. She features the fleet's largest pool area, new dining concepts, and a new dinner show (Murder in the Manor).

She is known for her global itineraries — having sailed the Mediterranean, Australia, New Zealand, and the Adriatic — and features the same bold entertainment, 20+ included dining venues, and boutique hotel-at-sea experience. She is rated #1 among Virgin Voyages ships by U.S. News Travel. Her bow mermaid was created by contemporary Latina oil painter and muralist Jodie Herrera.

Virgin Voyages' second adults-only (18+) ship and sister to Scarlet Lady, Valiant Lady is homeported in Barcelona and sails Mediterranean itineraries in summer. She shares the same bold design, all-inclusive dining, and entertainment philosophy as her fleetmates, with no main dining room, no buffet, and all restaurants included in the fare. Beginning May 2026, she is the exclusive home of Ariya, a modern Indian restaurant developed with celebrity chef Maneet Chauhan.
