Hotel Description
A small and intimate resort on the southern side of Rarotonga on Titikaveka Lagoon. Renowned for its white sandy beaches and clear blue waters, the lagoon is simply teeming with tropical fish and other marine life. The beach is ideal for safe swimming and snorkeling. Villas are beautifully furnished offering a private swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen. Restaurant options are nearby. The hotel welcomes guests 12 years and older.
Due to the late afternoon departure from Rarotonga, it is recommended that guests book late check-out. Sea Change Villas does not have a lobby or a central pool for guests to enjoy while waiting to leave. Therefore if late check-out is not booked, guests must make other arrangements or wait at the airport until their flight leaves.

Nine beachfront villas, three lagoon-view villas and three lagoon-view executive villas are set in beautiful tropical gardens and offer views of the Titikaveka lagoon. Each villa has a private swimming pool. All villas have Netflix streaming available. Kayaks, bicycles, snorkel equipment and stand-up paddleboards are available for guests to use.
Upon arrival, guests receive a complimentary breakfast starter pack in the refrigerator and a 2.5G Wi-Fi voucher. Additional Wi-Fi is available for a fee. Housekeeping is available daily in all villas except on Sundays and public holidays.Available in All Rooms:
