This resort is idyllically situated on the sheltered western side of the island, only minutes from Avarua township. The secluded beachfront location provides guests with an unspoiled view of Rarotonga's crystal-clear, aqua-blue lagoon and breathtaking sunsets. The resort offers 35 spacious studios and suites situated either on the beachfront overlooking the lagoon, or beside either of the two swimming pools set amid lush tropical gardens. Guests can enjoy complimentary transfers (one way to the Saturday Punangi Market and round trip Sunday Church Service (Arorangi). Additional activities on the island for a fee include reef walks, turtle tours, lagoon tours, mountain tours, cultural evenings and progressive dinners. The hotel welcomes guests 15 years of age and older.

Accommodations consist of studios and one-bedroom suites located either directly beachfront or among the lush tropical gardens and near one of the resort's two swimming pools. Room amenities include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, a kitchenette complete with a two-burner cooktop, microwave, fridge/freezer, and insect screens. Rooms also have a telephone, smart TV, en suite bathrooms with toiletries and all linen including beach towels, a private patio or balcony with lounger and deck chairs.
