◆Maritime transfers to and from the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun and to and from the hotel are included in your total package price, but must be reserved with the hotel prior to your arrival. To reserve your maritime transfer, guests must email the hotel at lc.cunim.pbx@luxurycollection.com and provide a valid Costco Travel confirmation number prior to arrival. Upon arrival at the Renaissance Cancun Resort & Marina at Puerto Cancun, the Almare Isla Mujeres welcome team will escort you to a designated area where you will board the private, hotel-operated vessel.
