Cariblue Restaurant: Cariblue Restaurant overlooks Cariblue Beach and the Caribbean Sea. Breakfast and lunch are served buffet style. The lunch buffet theme changes daily and includes Mediterranean, Asian, Mexican and West Indian choices. An enclosed, air-conditioned buffet is an extension of the main dining room. A-La-Carte dinner is offered six evenings per week, with a choice of regular items from the Cuisine menu as well as lighter and vegetarian options. There are some menu selections that do carry a supplement. Wednesday evenings feature a sumptuous West Indian Buffet with steel band musical entertainment. Wine is served with lunch and dinner. Our chefs are trained to cater for special dietary requirements such as low fat, low sodium, vegan or wheat allergies on request. Some dishes carry a supplemental charge.
